Dan Mulhern

Co-Founder


A nationally recognized expert in the fields of leadership and organizational culture. He has worked with a wide range of organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500, from government to non-profits sharing his research to build extraordinary partnerships. Dan has his BA from Yale University and JD from Harvard University, and has also spent over a decade as a proud and committed public servant. 

Laura Andersen

Partner


A passionate educator who has facilitated learning for all ages and stages. Her obsession with each person’s unique potential has taken her to a bilingual kindergarten classroom, EdTech, and nonprofit collective impact work in pursuit of helping organizations grow great people and achieve great outcomes. Laura has a BSFS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Berkeley Haas. She is earning a professional coaching certification with CoachDiversity. 

Ashton Fandel

Associate


An enthusiastic teammate, fundamentally driven by a motivation to encourage and celebrate human development. She works across multiple facets of the team, from program development to live workshop facilitation. Ashton graduated with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and has helped to facilitate multiple leadership courses in the Haas School of Business.
